I have been a personal trainer since 2005 and have been constantly learning as I go. This allows me to provide my clients challenging yet effective exercises to maximize their potential. Positive feedback is given along the way and I adjust routines as needed to help people stay on track with their set goal in mind.

Keeping an open mind is key to growth, that is my mindset and the attitude that I instill in everyone that I am blessed to work with. My overall goal is to help people not only reach their short-term goals (weddings, summer, etc.), but to adopt a healthier lifestyle.
